Operations Reporting Dashboard

Problem
Managers were exporting raw records to answer repeat questions about sales, exceptions, and device activity.
Solution
Designed indexed MariaDB tables, Eloquent query scopes, paginated review views, and concise summaries for repeated daily checks.
Architecture
The dashboard prepares view data in controllers and query scopes so Blade templates remain focused on presentation.
Trade-offs
The first release favors stable server-rendered tables over chart-heavy interactions because repeat review and auditability matter more than decoration.
Result
Daily reporting became repeatable, easier to audit, and less dependent on spreadsheet exports.
